The purchase process, step by step

Ask us for information about the vehicle you are interested in. You can do so by phone or using the form that appears in the Contact section of this website.
- We will send you a detailed offer containing photographs of the vehicle as well as its characteristics, features, price and certificates. If you wish, you can visit our compound in Fuencarral (Madrid-Spain) to view the vehicle.
- Once you confirm that you are interested in the vehicle, we will send you the Order Form together with the bank details for payment of the full amount. The vehicle will then be reserved and blocked for sale.
- Once payment is received, we will contact you to return the signed Order Form and a copy of the vehicle’s documentation.
- In order to complete the purchase you must send us the personal documentation necessary for transfer of ownership. You will then receive the provisional documentation and the invoice for the vehicle.
- Vehicle delivery.
- LeasePlan sends the final documentation.
